Miracle of Birth Doula Services. Aleksandra was my birth doula and I can’t fully explain to you how invaluable she was. Over a year later, my husband and I still wonder what on earth we would have done if she hadn’t been there. If you are lucky enough to get her, you will not regret it at all! A Mother’s Touch Doula. Billie Harrigan, CLD, CPD(CBI) is a certified birth and postpartum doula currently doing birth support. She specializes in homebirth and mothers with special concerns, such as VBACs and childhood abuse. She is also a certified doula trainer with Childbirth International. The birth package includes 3 prenatal consults at your home (each lasting about 2 hours), presence throughout the birth (including being on-call for all questions starting at 38 weeks), and a post-natal visit 4-5 days after you give birth. She encourages potential clients to take advantage of a free consultation before making any decisions. She also has her own reading library that is open to all clients and is a member of ADQ, meaning she can write receipts for families with extended health coverage.
