Since reading ToddlerCalm myself (you can read the review here) and being totally blown away by it, I have found myself recommending it to parents daily on EP. Frankly, I think every parent should have a copy and read it before they hit the toddler years, just to be prepared, and then read it again when they run into the usual frustrations. However, as I doled out this advice, I was met with a most unpleasant truth: ToddlerCalm is not easily available in Canada or the USA.
The only surefire way to order it would be through the Book Depository in the UK (and they offer free shipping worldwide so it’s doable, but shipping times can be slow) which you can access by clicking here. Or wait until 2015 when it will be in the US. Which is ridiculous, clearly.
After realizing I now had to do something about this, I decided to ask Sarah (the author) if I could do a giveaway of 2 copies for our families in the US and Canada. So, starting at midnight PST, for the next week you can enter to win a copy if you are in either Canada or the United States. I will be picking one Canadian winner and one US winner on October 30th.
[For those of you who don’t win, do check out the Book Depository! And for those elsewhere, you should be able to find copies in your bookstores ]
