If you would like to book a 15-min call to see if we are a match, please visit the Individual Help Page here.

Consultations can be made on a wide array of issues.  I have worked with families on sleep, discipline, school/daycare, social and emotional development, welcoming siblings, divorce, and more.  I take a very individualized approach which allows me to take your situation into account with any recommendations I may have. One-time consultations can be done via Skype, phone, or email and cover a broad range of issues and are perfect for most topics.  The consultation includes:
    • the 75-minute session via Skype or phone (or in-depth emails to gather the same information)
    • a summary of the plan discussed, and
    • 2 weeks of email follow-up  (you can select to purchase a longer follow-up time of an additional 2 weeks)
If you are looking for a sleep package, I offer that as well to allow for more follow-up which is often necessary when making changes with sleep.  In this package (which you can select as an add-on when purchasing), you receive:
    • the initial 75 min consultation
    • a written sleep plan after the call
    • two 30-minute follow-up calls (to be done within 6 weeks of the initial consultation), and
    • WhatsApp or email follow-up for up to two weeks after the final call
Once you purchase individual help, you will receive a link for the scheduler in order to book your initial appointment. Note that if you are a repeat client, please do not book here, but email me for your direct link.

Consultations can be done via Skype, phone, or email and cover a broad range of issues and are perfect for most topics.  For Skype and phone options, it includes a 75-minute session, a brief (1-2 page) summary of what we discussed, and email follow-up.  For the email option, you get three emails from me which are longer and more in-depth than the follow-up emails above.  The first provides a report (longer than the summary, but not as long as the in-depth report) and the second and third are for follow-up questions/concerns. Once you purchase the consultation, you will receive a link for the scheduler in order to book your appointment.  At that time, you can also purchase a more in-depth (8-10 page) report which would include far more information, reading recommendations, and more. Most parents are not prepared for raising a high-needs or orchid child and even less prepared for how harsh our culture can be for these sensitive children.  Contrary to modern advice to toughen up our kids to face the harsh world, these children require a much more gentle and supportive hand if they are to thrive, just as the orchid requires extensive care to grow into the beautiful flower it is.  Although orchid children are at higher risk for some negative outcomes, this is tempered by the fact that when they are given the right environment and the right support, they actually do better than those children who are more resilient at the start.  The goal for this 4-week course is to help you create that environment and provide that support in a culture that is working against you.  As always, the course comes with office hours to help individualize the information to your child and situation.  For more details, you can read the longer description below.
