Note that I am not taking new sleep coaching clients for the summer of 2021.  I will revisit in the fall what my availability looks like.

If you would like to book a 15-min call to see if we are a match (something I strongly suggest), please book that here.

Welcome to a different kind of sleep coaching.  One that isn’t about changing your child, but about working with your child to maximize sleep and everyone’s well-being.   I know many of you already do not want to go the modern route of sleep training and I applaud you for that.  It’s a hard decision to make, especially if you don’t know what the alternatives look like.  I have spent years working one-on-one with families to meet their sleep needs and hope I can offer the same level of care and help to you.  Below you will be able to read up on my philosophy and what sleep coaching with me looks like.  I urge anyone interested to book a 15-min free call to make sure you find my approach a match to your values and that you get any lingering questions out of the way so you can enter our work together confident in the path forward.   Included in the package are:
    • 4 1-hour calls (to be taken within 8 weeks), with the option of recording for your records (through Zoom)
    • Contact between calls via WhatsApp or email (client's choice)
    • Standard documentation on all areas of sleep
To find out about my philosophy and more details of what is included in the package, please read on below. If you would like to do a 6-month payment plan of $77/month please purchase with the following button: If you would like to purchase with a one-time payment, please Add To Cart:
  • From Tracy: A wonderful collection of birth stories from California midwife Peggy Vincent.  Sometimes we just need to read about the potential of the power and beauty of birth to appreciate all that it entails.
  • From Tracy: Similar to ToddlerCalm, this is a really good guide for the first year.
  • From Tracy: For the breastfeeding moms, this is more of a memoir than “how-to”, but a wonderful read and one that will help many families feel more secure in their own breastfeeding journey, especially as it pertains to sleep.
  • Welcome to the free Covid 19 Parenting Survival Guide.  As we face unprecedented times with social isolation, a virus that is shifting as we speak, and governments that seem unable or unwilling to do what is necessary to help end the risk, we, as parents, have the added burdens of trying to keep young kids not only alive, but thriving in this unique set of circumstances. How do we do this?  How can we tackle the burden of parenting when we don’t even know what is going on out there?  How do we provide for our kids when there is so little to provide? I won’t pretend to have all the answers, but I do hope that this guide will make things maybe just a bit easier and provide some ideas and context to situations that may seem overwhelming right now. Note: The guide is now available in both English and Portuguese thanks to the translation by Ana Lucia Bernt!  Both options will be available to download.
  • From Tracy: There is reason for controversy over some of the ideas here, but like all things academic, that is the sign of a good book.  Written years ago, but a great look at the debate over nature versus nurture.
